This gemstone, Labradorite, is a beautiful natural rock mineral that exudes the schiller effect. Labradorescence is the iridescent optical effect of the Labradorite blue fire gemstone. It is mostly used for making beads, carvings, and decorations. This gemstone is also known as ‘Fire rock’ due to its fiery crystalline structure. It can be scratched by diamonds and Calcium silicate tips. It is mostly found between basalt and gabbro in its mafic igneous rocks.
