Jck las vegas shifting to mandlalay bay in 2011
As a part of an overarching reinvention, JCK Las Vegas is moving to Mandalay Bay in 2011. The move has been endorsed by the major players of the leading annual jewellery event of North America.
Citing this as a pure example for customer-focused decision making, Dave Bonaparte, Group Vice President for JCK Events says, "We will deliver dynamic change to meet the needs of our customers and create fresh new value without sacrificing any fundamental element that has made JCK Las Vegas so special for 18 years."
While the company has thoroughly enjoyed their tenure at the Sands Convention Center in the past, three major events will be held at the Sands in 2011 and beyond. The new venue Mandalay Bay offers a state-of-the-art convention facility which greatly improves the overall exhibiting environment and offers a simpler, easier move in/move out process. There is a range of hotel properties from moderately priced hotel to the renowned luxury of Four Seasons Hotel to suit everyone's budget. The hotels are linked by tram and an enclosed walkway. The boutique feel of the Mandalay Bay campus includes 22 restaurants, bars and clubs making casual networking easier and enhance after-hours business.

All-round Betterment Planned :
In 2010 JCK Las Vegas will begin its reinvention as a retailer-focused event. Says Bonaparte, "We will continue to seek ways to reduce cost, organize the floor plan better for ease of navigation and efficient buying. And we will continue to invest in more programing and education opportunities for networking and socializing - all important to the retail customers. These enhancements will continue to position JCK as the number one event for the North American Jewellery marketplace, in 2010 and the future."
